When ELMO found his best friend ARIS injured and hiding at the roof top of his house, they formed a plan to move him to a secluded location in order to evade the authorities that are routinely checking every house due to the 3rd wave of the COVID-19 in Manila. Little did they know that transportation will be the least of their problems.
